Min. 3 years experience as Training / People Developmen Supeevisor

Experience to create modules and training programs

Experience to evaluate Training Need Analysis (TNA) and build Learning Matrix

Job Description:

Analyze training needs based on competency and identify trainig ad personal development needs

Analyzing employee skills, conducting coaching and mentoring and monitoring employee development programs

Providing flexible learning or training options and virtual learning

Create a training learning curriculum and modules for training

Search for and select vendors to carry out core business & TOT training

Choose the right type of training that suits the job position or meets industry demands

Prepare facilities & infrastructure related to training needs (room, copying of materials, snacks, and required files)
