Job Description:
Responsible for the preparation and operation of the new store opening project.
Provide training and accompany new store leaders regarding daily operations in terms of products, displays, systems and employees, so that store leaders can carry out operations independently.
Provide training and guidance to the store team to improve the quality of work to be more efficient.
Develop and update curriculum, training materials and Standard Operating Procedures related to operational developments in the store.
Develop and develop measuring tools to see training results
Responsible for evaluating the training and work performance of the store team, as well as analyzing other necessary training needs.
Coordinate with other divisions to improve the quality of retail operations training.
