1. Production House Manager

Job Description :

Managing the entire production team.

Preparing and monitoring the production schedules.

Planning and coordinating production activities.

Developing strategies to meet the production goals.

Managing the production budget and tracking all the bills.

Working in collaboration with the Marketing Creative team.

Checking the inventory level and restocking them as and when required.

Preparing monthly production reports.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Films, Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related degree.

2+ years of working experience as a Production Coordinator, Production Assistant, or a similar position in the Media industry.

Familiarity with all the production aspects.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities for the smooth running of the production house.

Ability to meet project deadlines.

Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

2. Social Media Officer

Job Description :

Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity analyse competitor activity recommend improvements to increase performance educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)

Qualification :

Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major

Minimum 2 year working experience in social media management, communication or digital marketing

Excellent communication and marketing experience

Proficient in English both Written and Spoken

Age Maximum 30 years old

3. Event Coordinator

Job Description :

Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.

Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.

Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.

Maintain event budgets.

Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.

Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.

Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.

Job Description :

Oversee the design and construction of commercial building projects

In charge of design and design planning

Responsible for the visual appearance of buildings

Researches, programs, planning, and administers building for the board of directors and applying knowledge of architectural design

Qualification :

Job Description :

Make an analyzed budget report for project budgeting.

Make monthly report for department budget.

Dealing material purchase and vendor for specific project.

Qualification :

High school with 5 years in estimator role or S1 Architecture / Civil degree with 3 years experience in estimator role.

Knowledgeable in construction whether in materials / construction processes, etc.

Expertise in analyzing project costs.

Able to communicate and build relations with building supply stores and vendors.

Have a great sense of creativity, team work, and attention to details.

Fluent in english language is a great advantage.
