Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assisting administrative task, made a recapitulation about purchase requisition and purchase order, and will work closely with Category Manager and Category Analyst.

Requirements :

Final year student or fresh graduate from reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering with min GPA of 3.30

Good communication skills, fast learner, and adaptable.

Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel

Domicile in Jabodetabek

Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with commitment

Available to fully work from office (WFO)

Available to join ASAP

Placement in Sinar Mas Land, Thamrin, Central Jakarta

Job Description :

To assist and analyze purchase decision from PR to PO

To assist and ensure lead time of goods

To monitor daily purchase requisition

Handle administrative things related to Procurement Division
