Requirements :

Min 3 years experience as Trade Marketing/Sales team.

Background Industry : Beauty/Personal care/Pharmacy industry especially for channel GT, MTI, and Pharmacy.

Minimum bachelor’s degree (minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00).

Have strong analytical and data processing skills.

Have good computer skills (especially Ms. Excel).

Accustomed to supervising the implementation of Trade Marketing Programs.

Having good communication skills.

Job Descriptions :

Build channel strategy plan for MTI, GT, and Pharmacy to achieve sales target.

Develop strategy plan Availability, Visibility, Promotion and Activation.

Review promotion implementation and effectiveness.

Manage trade marketing budget for specific channel.

Work closely with Sales and Brand team.
