Job Description:
Administer hard and soft copy documentation and records; maintain records and data correctly, effectively and accurately aligned with company policies and procedures.
Create reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or as required) to the customers.
Coordinate of office supplies requisition, office equipment, PPE, and other required materials and consumables to support group program.
Make schedules, timetables, physical resources and facilities schedules to assist group supervision ensure effective use of resources.
