Get used to recruitment tools.
Having design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Corel Draw, etc) is a must.
Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Responsible in supporting recruitment projects (such as assisting and being involved in onboarding, market visits, and mill visits).
Create and maintain a talent pipeline.
In charge of CV Screening, scheduling candidates’ psychological tests, interviewing candidates, scheduling candidates’ interviews with users, and hiring new employees.
