Handle CS end-to-end process, including complaints and inquiries from sellers and buyers Platinum Shopee through calls, email, and Live Chat
Manage and resolve customer-related issues and escalations
Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
Analyze customer experience reports and insights, and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree from any major
At least 1 – 2 years of experience in Customer Service area
Strong interpersonal communication skills, detail-oriented person, and good organizational skills
Willing to work in shifts and has a big interest working in an e-commerce company
Placement is in Solo for 3-6 months contract based
