1. Learning & Development Specialist

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Develop social media campaigns & KOL strategies by working together with other stakeholders and various teams
  • Utilizing social media listening tools to analyze social media campaign, content, and KOL to gather insight and action plan
  • Continually researching industry developments, competitor propositions and working closely with partner to identify opportunities in developing placement and content strategy
  • Create weekly or monthly report and recommendation based on social media content performance
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Major
  • Have experience in the creation & development of learning moduls
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with data and information
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
  • Adaptive & creative
  • Having knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories
  • Good understanding of visual communication and multimedia design

    Job Description:

  • Identifying potential clients based on assigned area
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a new potential client to securing a deal
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients
  • Building relationships with client and internal parties
  • Handling negotiations
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment
  • Provide sales reports monthly and quarterly
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Sales, Business Development, or a relevant position
  • Experienced in Logistic or Express company is a plus
  • Having knowledge of the latest trends and issues related to sales
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office, and having knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and able to communicate in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to maintain a strong relationship with key partners

    Job Description:

  • Bertanggung jawab atas proses persiapan pre-asesmen (kompetensi & potensi), termasuk koordinasi dengan user-user terkait dan peserta / kandidat asesmen
  • Bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan asesmen (kompetensi & potensi) sesuai dengan kaidah yang berlaku di perusahaan Melakukan skoring dan analisa hingga membuat report hasil asesmen (kompetensi & potensi) sesuai dengan kaidah yang berlaku
  • sesuai dengan norma yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan
  • Memberikan pendampingan kepada user terkait dengan penjelasan report hasil asesmen (kompetensi & potensi) secara individual
  • Melakukan analisa untuk review dan feedback terhadap tools / instrument asesmen yang sedang digunakan / sudah dibuat oleh Tools Designer Officer
  • Qualifications:

  • S1 Psikologi
  • Menguasai keterampilan dalam skoring alat tes psikologi yang sangat baik
  • Mengetahui kemudian memahami tata cara pelaksanaan assessmen center sampai dengan pembuatan report hasil asesmen
  • Memiliki ketertarikan dan keterampilan dalam pengembangan psikometrik menjadi poin tambahan
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik akan kompetensi (soft & hard) serta potensi termasuk kaidah pengukuran / asesmen
