Responsible to assist and conduct various recruitment process, such as sourcing, screening, initial interviewing, scheduling selection test, etc.
Responsible to manage candidate database and ensuring timely communication with candidates
Responsible to support and prepare recruitment administrative tasks and documents
Currently pursuing a bachelor degree (S1) in Psychology and Management (Min. 4th semester students)
Able to join 3-6 months internship period with WFO arrangement
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrate grit and eagerness to explore and learn new things
Proactive and enthusiastic to embrace new challenges
