Job descriptions :
Assist People Development Manager to design and implement employee strategies as well as employee and leadership development program
Supporting on delivery training to employee and new hires that results in increased speed to competency and performance
Job Requirements :
Minimum Psychology Bachelor Degree
Fluent in English is a must
Have experience minimum 1 years as People Development Officer, from F&B / hospitality Industry will be a plus

Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail
