HR Officer will be responsible for manage monthly payroll in coordination with payroll provider- outsourcing, organize hiring process, onboarding, and planned HR activities as well as employee’s skill development and employee engagement activities and compliance related to HR matters, perform secretarial and administrative tasks.
Minimum S1 in Human Resource or any related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HR
Basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and Regulations is a must
Strive for excellence, able to work in the challenging environment with minimum supervision
Language skills: English are essential
Previous experience as HRBP / HR Generalist would be an advantage
Candidates with work experiences in Oil & Gas or Energy industry are an advantage.
