A highly self motivated, customer service enthusiast, fluent in SLAs management and their concepts with outstanding communication skills is the desired profile. Familiar with incident management tools and service/help desk operations.
Consistently provide superior Customer Service
Resolve customer problem/issues in a timely manner
Influence and direct their work towards customer satisfaction
Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
Proven experience as Customer Service Supervisor in logistic or shipping company
Fluent in SLAs management and their concepts
Outstanding communication skills
A team player and highly motivated person
Fluent in English
Willing to be located in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta
