Customer Service (CS)

Responsible :
Responsible for fleet reservation service activities and customer complaints, especially by telephone.
Qualification :
Minimal Diploma Degree any discipline (especially from Management/Accounting)
Having good skills abilities and good personality
Willing to work shifts
Have experience as Customer Services/Call Center/Customer Relation at least minimum 6 month
Fluent in English (Prefered)
Will be placement in Head Office
