Customer Service (CS)

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for addressing inquiries from game players, managing player grievances, and documenting feedback.
  • Collaborate with the operations department to formulate recommendations for game optimization aimed at enhancing game operational metrics.
  • Execute additional assignments delegated by the supervisor.
  • Requirements :
