Sr. Human Resources Generalist

Requirements :

⁠Female or Male, 26 – 32 years old

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related field

Minimal 2 years in General Human Resources role

Having good analytical thinking

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle employee issues and conflicts

Familiarity with training, and benefits administration

⁠Proficiency in HR software and computer skills

Job Descriptions :

Handle the recruitment and selection process for new employees, including creating job advertisements, interviewing candidates, and providing recommendations for hiring

Organize and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees, including the provision of basic information and training on company culture, policies, and procedures

Evaluate and manage employee performance, including providing feedback, developing performance improvement plans, and conducting performance appraisals

Manage payroll systems, and compensantion & benefit, including designing and managing incentive programs, bonuses, and salary increases

⁠Manage and maintain employee records, including personal information, performance, and employment-related documentation
