Analyse data and network monitoring
Create Report problems and solutions (RCA) and coordinate with Vendors / Partners
Coordinate with Operations and NOC as a troubleshoot process and problem solving improvement.
Responsible for SLA Tenant (Cellular and Non Cellular) related to devices that have been leased by the customer and coordinate with the internal team
Manage relationships with network equipment vendors and service providers
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor Degree from Computer/Information Technology/Telecommunication.
At least 3 years of experience in related field
Experience in switch/router hands-on configuration such as Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, preferrably Nokia Alcatel SROS
Understanding MPLS, VPN, TCP/IP network L2 and L3 concept are mandatory
Eager to learn & explore new equipments (e.g. routers, switches, & servers)
Good knowledge in Network Monitoring System is a plus
Able to work in a team & independently.
