Risk Management Specialist

Requirements :

Minimum holds Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferrable Accounting or Finance major

Have a minimum 5 years of professional experience in risk management or similar role

Have a Risk Management Certification (e.g., ERMCP, CRMA,CRMO) is advantage

Fluent in English both verbal and written

Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage multiple stakeholders

Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as a part of team

Responsibilities :

Initiation and coordination of the risk activities as per Group Risk Management’s Guidelines

Providing guidance and facilitation for Risk Owners

Collection, review and constructive challenge of relevant information received from the Risk Owners

Acquiring approval for risks from Country Management

Maintenance of risk documentation (e.g. Country Risk Register, risk assessments)

Monitoring of risks with respect to adopted risk appetite level and escalation of breaches to Group Risk Management

Realization of reporting obligation towards Country Management and Group Risk Management

Responsible to managing Country Insurance Arrangement
