We are currently looking for someone who can work together with our People & Culture Leadership Team (P&C LT). The role of the position is to free P&C LT’s time from organizing and administrative tasks and to ensure an efficient and most effective time management of their schedule. The responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries, and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation, organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines, managing databases, and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Who We’re looking for

  • Holds Bachelor’s degree (any background)
  • 5 – 6 years working experience in any field with good career progression
  • Computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Office)
  • Proven experience in managing administrative tasks in very efficient and effective ways.
  • Proactive with self-disciplined and great positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently with demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and takes the initiative.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working around senior management.
  • Have a good communication with excellence both in verbal and written English.
