This program is an acceleration program designed to prepare and equip individuals to excel in their roles as Marketing Head/Operations Head/Support Head at SMMF Branches.
The program also serves as a bridge to nurture internal talent that can potentially become the Branch Manager at SMMF in the future as part of their career progression
Qualifications :
Fresh Graduate with maximum 1 year experience
Bachelor’s degree in any major
GPA minimum 3.00
Active in organization and strong leadership acumen
Excellent communication skill and have good proficiency in english
Strong analytical skill and good in numbers
Willing to be placed in all SMMF’s coverage area
