HR Leader

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law/Psychology/Management/other related major.

Have minimum 2 years experience as a leader or in similar field.

Have knowledge about all HR processes and rules.

Strong analytical & problem-solving skill.

HR certification as professional HR would be an advantage.

Proficient using Ms. Office (Excel, PPT, Word).

Willing to join as soon as possible.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Control recruitment & man power planning management.

Create HR project & development analysis.

Manage promotion & rotation system.

Manage HR procedure & management method.

Analyze and control the effectiveness of organizational needs and development.
