Treasury Department Head

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement treasury policies,procedures and controls to manage cash flow efficiently.

Monitor cash position and liquidity requirements to meet operational needs and investment opportunities.

Execute cash management strategies to optimize working capital and minimize financial risks.

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for banking services, credit facilitiesn and foreign exchange transactions.

Manage short-term and long,term cash forecasting tosupport business planning and investmentdecisions with the company’s financial.

Develop investment strategies aligned with the company’s tinancual goals and risk tolerance.

Conduct research and analysis Of investment opportunities,including equities, fixed incomem real estate and alternative investments.

Monitor investment performance and market trendstcmake informed decisions and adjustment to the investment portfolio.

Manage relationships with investment advisors, fund managers, and other financial service providers.

Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policies.

Qualification :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance is required, with a preference for postgraduate

Minimum 3,00 on a scale of 4,00

At least ten years of professional experience in treasury and industrial park management / property.

Maximal 40 years old

Expertise :

Possessinga CPA or CA certification.

Strong analytical skills paired with a practical mindset.

Highlevel of dedication anda focus on outcomes.

Strong leadership skill to effectively interact and impact all organizational levels.

Strong writing and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particulaily with Powerpoint and Excel
