Job Summary:

The Human Resources General Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources disciplines for our company in the Food and Beverage industry. This includes Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Payroll, Personnel Administration, Learning and Development, General Affairs, and Recruitment. The goal is to ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Industrial Relations: Manage all communication between management and employees, negotiate contracts, handle grievances and disputes, and ensure legal compliance.

Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Payroll: Oversee the payroll function, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately.

Personnel Administration: Handle administrative tasks, oversee record-keeping and data processing, manage HR information systems, and administer employee services and counseling.

Learning and Development: Assess the company’s training needs, and design and implement learning and development programs to enhance workforce capability and performance.

General Affairs: Oversee the management and maintenance of office facilities and equipment, including procurement and inventory management.

Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making offers, and onboarding new hires.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Nurture a positive working environment and ensure it is safe, healthy and non-discriminatory.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.


Proven working experience as an HR General Manager at least for 5 years

Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Strong ethics and reliability.
