Job Description :
Create and manage performance marketing strategy & execution plan
Plan and execute all digital activation activities (mobile app and website) using ads platform including social media, SEM, Programmatic
Execute and manage the day to day operations of paid digital marketing campaigns across web, search, and social media
Set-up and monitor campaign performance, tracking and measuring all digital marketing metrics, generate performance marketing reports and deliver actionable insights from these reports for the brand team to implement
Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
Identify trends and insights; translate those learnings for campaign optimization
Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established KPI
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
At least 2 years experiences in marketing project management, growth marketing, performance marketing or similar positions
Understanding of marketing financial planning/budgeting, social media advertising across major platforms & website analytics
Understand industry trends and able to evaluate opportunities for growth
Experience managing stakeholders, both internally and externally
