Responsibilities:

Assist in creating various financial documents such as memos, letters, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Perform data processing and sorting tasks related to financial data, including reconciliations and data analysis.

Support daily administrative tasks specific to financial operations.

Participate in financial meetings, take detailed notes, and contribute to discussions on financial strategies and initiatives.

Assist in maintaining financial records and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible for analysis and reporting.

Execute other relevant financial tasks as assigned by supervisors to gain hands-on experience in the finance field.

Qualifications:

Undergrad or currently pursuing a degree in finance, business, or engineering.

Strong understanding of financial and administrative processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience or familiarity with financial platforms such as Bloomberg and Capital IQ would be highly preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Motivated to learn and contribute to the financial industry.
