This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontliner Staff at Bank Mega located in Balikpapan. As a Frontliner Staff, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day banking operations, assisting customers with their inquiries and transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
